As a product/systems/wafer probe engineer of 30 plus years I would never treat a customer like this company. The product in NO WAY met proforma specifications, and Trade Assure DID ALMOST NOTHING but protect the supplier. Trade assure is a fraud and Apcom has no idea what they are doing. 100 amps draw is no where near 5.5kw. Alibaba won't let me submit more evidence on how bad a product this is and will probably delete this review. The Apcom person has no understanding of actual engineering calculations, nor will Trade Assure accept UNDISPUTED BASIC MATH that proves the product is not in compliance. Then the paint starts peeling off areas due to RUST UNDER the paint. Trade Assure says they can not tell where the rust under the paint started. HAHAHAH! Again Trade Assure is fake, they are not here for buyers, and only protect sellers.
